Saluté Bread: Toasted Italian bread, topped with sautéed zucchini, tomatoes, red onions, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese in a butter garlic sauce.

Entrée Choice:

Ziti Porchetta: All Organic shoulder of a Wild Boar, slow-cooked for 3 hours in a marinara sauce, served over a bed of Ziti.

Basa Oreganata: Basa topped with diced tomatoes and seasoned breadcrumbs in a garlic and white wine sauce, baked in the oven.

Chicken Toscano: Sliced Portobello mushroom, scallions, roasted garlic, and Pancetta bacon sautéed in a Marsala wine cream sauce.

Italian Roast Chicken: Half a chicken roasted in olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and Italian seasonings, served in its natural juices, served with roasted potatoes.

Penne San Remo: Penne pasta tossed in a light garlic cream sauce with zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and sundried tomatoes.

Linguini White Clam Sauce: Fresh clams sautéed in a white wine, garlic, and olive oil sauce over linguini.
